If I could eat breakfast for every meal, I would! Whether it may be a big brunch or a small but fulfilling snack, I'm down with anything in the category of breakfast.
If it's a good morning and I'm not in a rush to eat a quick breakfast (which my go-to is usually cereal), I usually like to drink my cup of coffee and eat avocado toast with over easy eggs or whole grain wheat pancakes (which in opinion are the best pancakes I've ever tried!) Sometimes; however, I either don't have all ingredients or the time to make those meals, so I have to make something easy and still satisfying to start my day. Sorry, just coffee won't fill up my morning hangriness!
